Payroll
The University Financial Services Payroll team manages all functions related to payroll including direct deposits, tax deductions, grant payments and effort certifications.
Most DU employees, with the exception of faculty, use the PioneerTime timekeeping and leave reporting system to record hours worked and/or leave hours taken by pay period. These hours feed into the Payroll system and are used to calculate paycheck amounts.
Payroll highly recommends signing up for electronic W-2 delivery and paycheck direct deposit.
