In compliance with Department of Labor requirements for employers seeking to employ H-1B non-immigrants, this page lists positions for which the University of Denver intends to employ non-immigrants in H-1B status.
The posting is not to solicit additional candidates for a position but rather to give public notice of the university's intention to hire a foreign worker and to give aggrieved parties a chance to respond.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
After completion of the required posting periods the Labor Condition Applications and Notices of Filing are available for public inspection at International Student and Scholar Services, International House, 2200 S Josephine St, Denver, CO 80210
