Assessment & Consulting Services

Consulting Services

Talent Acquisition and Development offers consulting services and trainings, please contact learning@du.edu for more information. Topics include:

Assessments

The following self-discovery tools are some of the more popular assessments being used across campus for greater understanding of self and others.

Manager-360 Assessment

Manager-360 is a powerful free assessment tool with an important purpose — to harness the power of multi-faceted perspectives in identifying strengths and weaknesses and developing performance among managers.

Managers have a unique and often limited perspective when it comes to their employees. Manager-360 assessments give managers the ability to gain insight into their strengths and potential growth areas from the people who work most closely with them (including their own managers, peers, and subordinates).

Guided by one-on-one coaching sessions throughout the assessment process, managers use the insight they gain through feedback to develop an action plan for enhancing their managerial performance.

Program Guide

Team Climate Survey

We provide team assessment for units, departments, and even divisions. We will work hand-in-hand with your group to assess whether this was the best course of action, and then administer the survey and consult with your team regarding the results.

DiSC Assessment

The DiSC assessment is a self-discovery tool to help you learn your preferred behavioral style. The DiSC assessment helps identify how people prefer to behave and communicate. It measures your response to challenges, how you get things done, your influence on others, and how you respond to rules and procedures. DiSC is made up of four basic styles (Dominance, Influence, Conscientiousness, and Steadiness) and is used by an estimated 75% of Fortune 500 companies. DiSC can help improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. It is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences.

CliftonStrengths

Learn your top five signature strengths, what they mean, and how to leverage them for professional and personal success with a workshop or one-on-one debrief from CliftonStrengths. Participants will first be asked to complete an online assessment and review an action planning guide. Assessments cost $24.99 per person and will need to be covered by the individual or the division requesting the assessment.
