Students, faculty, and staff with a MyDU login can reserve spaces through Momentus.
Express Bookings
Express Bookings are perfect for small gatherings of 14 or fewer, ideal for meetings or small gatherings without additional services. These reservations can be requested on the same day and are confirmed without requiring further approval, offering a simple and efficient booking process.
Event Bookings
Event Bookings are intended for larger or more complex events requiring approval and coordination. To ensure proper planning, all requests must be submitted three days in advance. Once reviewed, approval notes and additional details will be provided via email to confirm your reservation.
AAC Group Study Rooms
The AAC Study Rooms support academic work for University of Denver students, staff, and faculty, offering technology-equipped spaces ideal for group projects, collaborative study sessions, and meetings. We provide on-site catering services through DU Flavours by Sodexo.
If you choose your own catering service, please note that outside caterers are only allowed in certain locations and are subject to the University's approval. Please consult our team for additional guidance on locations that work best for your needs.
Alcohol may only be served by a licensed bartender. Alcohol in catering-exclusive locations must be purchased from the entity owning the liquor license.
If the event takes place in a non-catering-exclusive location and it involves the sale of alcohol, the client will be responsible for securing a Special Event Liquor License through the City and County of Denver.
