Bulletin Production Information
University of Denver academic programs are published annually in the Graduate and Undergraduate Bulletins. The Bulletins are published in both web and PDF formats. Maintaining document fidelity, both versions remain static after publication.
Bulletin audiences include prospective students, students admitted during that academic year governed by the Bulletin, and external audiences including accreditors and government regulators.
Bulletins serve as the official record outlining the academic requirements for earning a credential, specific to students admitted during a given academic year. It is crucial for academic programs to ensure that these Bulletins present a precise and reliable representation of the courses and requirements students will follow throughout their academic journey at the University.
Bulletin Information
The bulk of information in the Bulletins is managed through the CourseLeaf Program Proposal form and CourseLeaf Course Proposal form and imported into the NextBulletin editing environment; that is to say, in order to make changes to programs and courses, it must be done through the form.
Academic departments receive an email notification when Bulletin pages for their programs are released for editing. Departments will edit a small amount of information, primarily overview information and, if applicable, course plans. Beyond that, the focus for existing programs is reviewing and, if needed, updating program of study and course information.

New Programs

The Office of the Registrar will reach out to programs after approval to finalize details for publication.
