Request Event Parking

A Parking Services Special Event Coordinator is available to assist with all of your parking requests and will provide you with a parking quote for your event. All quotes are based on your initial request. Following your event, your parking usage will be reconciled and customers will only be charged for the actual vehicle spaces used on the day of the event.

There are 2 types of parking you may request:

1. PDF Permits - A half day permit (less than 4 hours) is $10 per permit. A full day permit (4 or more hours) is $14 per permit.
   • All event rates increased in FY2024. Full day event parking increased from $10 to $14 and half day event parking increased from $8 to $10.
   • The increase took effect on July 1, 2023. The new rates were approved by the Chancellor and Board of Trustees (BOT).
   • Event parking rates last increased on July 1, 2018.
   • There is no increase in paid visitor parking rates in FY24. The rate remains $2 per hour.
2. Attendant Parking - Provided by a Parking Services Special Event Coordinator or third party vendor. Rates may vary

A PDF Permit allows access to Gated Lots and is the recommended permit for any event where you expect more than 10 attendees. Guests can be emailed their permit and print them from home. Upon arrival, the guest will scan the bar code of the printed permit and then display the permit on their dashboard.
