Special Event Parking
We're proud to host a variety of events on our campus, and we work with event organizers to ensure that their parking needs are met. At times, when special events are held on campus, customary parking and traffic patterns may be interrupted. Individuals or departments conducting special events on campus should contact Parking Services at least 10 days in advance of the event to coordinate their parking needs.

How do I request special event parking?
A Parking Services Special Event Coordinator is available to assist with all of your parking requests and will provide you with a parking quote for your event. All quotes are based on your initial request. Following your event, your parking usage will be reconciled and customers will only be charged for the actual vehicle spaces used on the day of the event.
There are 2 types of parking you may request:
- PDF Permits - A half day permit (less than 4 hours) is $10 per permit. A full day permit (4 or more hours) is $14 per permit.
- Attendant Parking - Provided by a Parking Services Special Event Coordinator or third party vendor. Rates may vary
A PDF Permit allows access to Gated Lots and is the recommended permit for any event where you expect more than 10 attendees. Guests can be emailed their permit and print them from home. Upon arrival, the guest will scan the bar code of the printed permit and then display the permit on their dashboard.
Placing a Request
All guest and event parking must be requested through our online booking reservation system.
