Move In 2024 Announcement
Dear Permit Holder,
Move In for the 2024/2025 school year will be happening on campus from Tuesday, September 3rd. The students will be parking in lots C, 103N, 108, T, L, H1 , and H2 beginning at about 8:00am until about 3:00pm. They will be unloading in these lots and then we are asking them to relocate to lots 108 and lot P.
We are going to open lots E, garage on Evans and High, and P, garage next to the Newman Center for overflow parking to our permit holders during this time. If you arrive to campus and traffic is too heavy to reach your parking lot in a timely manner or if the lots are full please park in either lot E or lot P. You will need to have your permit displayed while you are parked in the alternate overflow parking lot.
Given the information above, please plan your commute accordingly. We strongly encourage you to, consider taking other modes of transportation to campus such as public transit, ride sharing, and cycling.
Important things to know:
- You will not be refused entry your assigned lot. However, there is no guarantee that your lot will have space for you.
- Should your restricted lot be full, your permit will allow you to park in alternate lots on these days, if spaces are available. The alternate parking lots that will be available are Lots E and P. Please see the location for these parking lots.
- Your permit will not allow you to park in hourly-metered lots for free. We still need to leave these spaces for our hourly visitors to campus.
- NO PARKING, FIRE LANE and ADA spaces will be strictly enforced.
