Here are examples of services that Crisis24 can provide:

• 27/7 health, safety, and security advice, including personal access to an experienced medical doctor or security specialist before or during travel
• Destination intelligence for hundreds of countries, provinces, and cities around the world, across nine subject areas: security, infrastructure, environment, health and medical, political, legal, entry/exit, culture, and financial
• Coordination with DU's international travel medical insurance provider so the traveler never sees a bill
• Arrangements for medical or security evacuation, including transportation to a center of medical excellence if local care is inadequate
• References to reputable, local medical doctors or mental health specialists
• Assistance with replacing lost travel documents
• Monitoring and reporting of a traveler’s medical condition 
• Helping to locate DU travelers and providing valuable, real-time information based on traveler's itinerary
