The Staff Senate meets regularly each month, with the possibility of special meetings being called by the President, a majority of Senators, or upon request from the Vice Chancellor for Human Resources, the Provost, or the Chancellor.

  • Joining Staff Senate Meetings

    Staff Senate meetings are open to the entire DU community and take place on the second Wednesday of each month, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, in a hybrid format. You’re welcome to join in person in the Renaissance Room or participate virtually via Zoom.

About Monthly Business Meetings

The Staff Senate holds its monthly meetings on the second Wednesday at noon. These meetings are typically open to the entire University community and provide an opportunity to address relevant topics. While it is not mandatory, we encourage anyone wishing to present a topic to submit an online request by the first business day of the month to ensure consideration for the agenda.
