The Staff Senate holds regular meetings on a monthly basis.
Special meetings may be called, either by the President, by a majority of Senators, or at the request of the Vice Chancellor for Human Resources, the Provost, or the Chancellor.

Monthly Business Meetings
The Staff Senate meets most months on the second Wednesday of the month at noon. These meetings are generally open to the University community and include time to address any community business that might be brought forward. Though not required, if you have a topic to bring to Staff Senate, we encourage you to contact us before our next meeting to have it added to the agenda.
Note that some meetings may have time that is closed to community members for discussion of sensitive topics.

Where: June's meeting will be held on Zoom. Please contact your area senator for the zoom link. (Meetings are usually held in person in the Renaissance Room in Mary Reed on the 2nd floor.)
