What is DU Success Hub?
DU Success Hub, once implemented in 2025, will serve as a one-stop shop platform for undergraduate and graduate academic advising, case management, and appointment scheduling. This software will replace Civitas, FreshDesk, and SARS.
Cost and Eligibility:
DU Student Success is the platform advisors use to view detailed information about advisees. This platform is only available for use by staff and faculty with academic advising responsibilities.
DU Success Hub is the public-facing website with different resources available for faculty, staff, and students:
- Students can make academic advising appointments, request help, and see relevant academic information and ticket status for departments who use Salesforce for Case Management (Registrar, UCOL, Languages and Literatures). This part of the platform is expected to launch for students in the Spring of 2025.
- Faculty and Staff can find help articles written by departments who use Salesforce for Case Management or schedule drop-in appointments.
