Mark DeLorenzo
Senior Vice Chancellor of Business and Financial Affairs & Treasurer
Mark DeLorenzo is a seasoned financial professional with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, higher education, and foundation financial management. He currently serves as the Senior Vice Chancellor for Business and Financial Affairs at the University of Denver (DU), where he brings a wealth of expertise in areas including corporate finance, accounting, enterprise-wide systems, capital markets, global treasury operations, and investment management. Mark is known for his results-driven approach and his exceptional combination of technical, communication, and organizational development skills.
Before joining DU, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at the Georgia Tech Foundation from 2019 to 2023. In this role, he led the foundation's accounting and financial operations, overseeing professional staff in accounting and finance, and managing audit, budget, and reporting functions. His responsibilities also extended to insurance and risk management, payroll and benefits, real estate, and providing strategic counsel to the foundation’s president and board of trustees. Additionally, he served as an elected officer of the board, contributing significantly to the foundation's strategic initiatives and financial health.
Before his tenure at the Georgia Tech Foundation, Mark held several key positions, including Associate Vice President and Treasurer at Emory University from 2016 to 2019, and Assistant Treasurer at Georgia-Pacific LLC from 2003 to 2016. He holds an MBA in Management with a focus on Corporate Finance and Strategy from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BSBA in Accounting from Stonehill College in Massachusetts. Mark's extensive experience, educational background, and strategic insights have made him a valuable asset in the fields of corporate finance and higher education financial management.

Janet Burkhardt – Assistant Vice Chancellor for University Financial Services
As the Assistant Vice Chancellor for University Financial Services, Janet leads a team that enhances efficiency and effectiveness in student billing, procurement, accounts payable, and payroll. With over 30 years in higher education, she has been instrumental in technical application support, strategic policy development, and implementation at DU. Her expertise has significantly contributed to the DU IT Administrative Stakeholder Committee, the NACUBO Student Financial Services Conference Planning Committee, and the DU IT Efficiencies and Redundancies Working Group. Janet holds multiple degrees from DU, including a Master of Science in Management, an Advanced Certificate in Programming, and a B.A. in History, and she is a proud mother of two DU alumni.

Andrew Cullen – Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance, Controller, and Assistant Treasurer
As the Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance and Controller, Andrew Cullen oversees the daily operations of accounting, budget monitoring, cash management, and disbursement functions at the University of Denver. He is responsible for producing the University’s financial statements and tax returns and supports external auditors in issuing the University’s audited financial statements. Before joining the University of Denver, Mr. Cullen served as the Associate Vice President for the Office of Planning, Budget & Analysis (OPBA) at the University of New Mexico. With over 20 years of experience in strategy and planning, he holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting and a Master’s degree in landscape architecture, both from the University of New Mexico.

Clint Emmerich, Associate Vice Chancellor of Financial Planning & Analysis
Dr. Clint Emmerich serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor of Financial Planning & Analysis, leading the team that models complex financial concepts to improve the financial health of the institution. Clint participates as an active member of the Business & Financial Affairs team, responsible for developing and monitoring the University’s >$500 million annual operating budget. Clint has worked in higher education for over twenty years, including roles as Associate Vice Provost of Budget and Analysis, Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration for the Sturm College of Law, Financial Analyst in the Office of the Controller, and Student Organizations Comptroller in the Student Life division. Clint received his BSBA, MBA, and Ed.D. all from the University of Denver.

Rosalynn Feagins – Assistant Treasurer
Rosalynn Feagins currently serves as Assistant Treasurer at the University of Denver, bringing 24 years of higher education experience to the role. Her career at DU has encompassed Treasury Administration/Management, Financial Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, and Board Governance. Rosalynn chairs the Business and Financial Affairs Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and the University's Policy Advisory Committee. She has also co-chaired the Staff of Color Association and has been a member of the Staff Advisory Council. Before joining DU, Rosalynn spent 15 years in various management roles at Wells Fargo, covering banking, mortgages, lending, and collections. Additionally, she serves on several non-profit boards in the Denver area.

Eric Hartman – Associate Vice Chancellor & Chief Risk Officer
Eric Hartman serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Risk Officer, responsible for enterprise risk management at the University of Denver. Eric has worked as a professional and consultant in higher education for over 30 years. Before joining the University of Denver, Eric held vice presidential and dean positions at the University of the South and has served on ten governing boards. His formal education has led him to the Internats Gymnasium Ploen (Germany), the University of New Mexico, and Indiana University. He is also a graduate of the Institute for Educational Management at Harvard University. He is currently working on his Ph.D. at Daniel’s College of Business at DU.

Tamie Walker, Executive Director of the Business Solutions and Analysis Team
Tamie Walker serves as the Executive Director of the Business Solutions and Analysis team, which supports 14 administrative and academic units. Her team oversees accounting, budgeting, and business processes for these units. Additionally, they provide support and training to other units and colleges across campus in the absence of the Dean of Finance. Tamie holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed CPA in Texas. She began her career in public accounting at Price Waterhouse and later joined Hewlett Packard, where she specialized in SEC reporting and then shifted her focus to Research and Development, customer service, and operational efficiency. In 2015, Tamie joined the Daniels College of Business at DU in the Executive Education department. From June 2022 to June 2024, she served as the Executive Director of Business and Operations within the Campus Partners team in the Provost's office.

Geanna Weinstein – Executive Assistant
Geanna Weinstein is an experienced Executive Assistant with over 10 years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives. As the Executive Assistant to the SVC of Business & Financial Affairs, she oversees intricate schedules, organizes meetings, and manages sensitive information, all to maintain smooth office operations and provide exceptional organizational support. Before joining the Office of Business and Financial Affairs at DU, Geanna supported the Chief of Staff in the Chancellor’s Office at DU. She also worked in the President’s Office at the University of Virginia and the President’s Office at St. John’s College in Belize. Geanna is enrolled in the Bachelor's completion program at the University College at DU, where she is pursuing a Leadership and Organization Studies degree.

Allan Wilson – Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Management & Planning
Allan Wilson is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Management & Planning at the University of Denver, bringing extensive experience in business startups within a university setting, real estate transaction management, construction management, and municipal relations. He oversees a $38 million budget, managing strategic initiatives such as achieving carbon neutrality and executing major capital projects. Allan supervises a department of 300 employees responsible for 5 million square feet of facilities and 125 acres of campus grounds. His previous roles include Associate Athletics Director and Director of Recreation, where he facilitated the university’s transition to Division I NCAA athletics. Allan's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Education. He is also an active community member, organizing neighborhood relations meetings and volunteering as a rugby coach for 20 years.
