State Contacts

In 2014, the University of Denver was approved by Colorado to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements. NC-SARA is a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education. Participating in SARA allows the university to offer online education in all states except California, Florida, and Maryland. The University of Denver maintains contact with those states to ensure the ability to offer distance programs in them. We are currently authorized to offer distance programs in all 50 states.

This list below includes contact information for all 50 states, the District of Columbia and US territories and should not be construed as informative of what agencies regulate the institution or in what states the institution is licensed or required to be licensed. States, through the relevant agencies or Attorneys General Offices, may accept complaints regardless of whether the institution is required to be licensed in that state.
