Navigating Identity Based Conflict

Identity-based conflicts are some of the most challenging and complex issues in our increasingly diverse society. This workshop explores the intricate dynamics of conflicts rooted in aspects of identity such as race, ethnicity, gender, religion, and culture. Participants will:
- Gain a deeper understanding of identity formation and its impact on conflict
- Learn to recognize and address unconscious biases and stereotypes
- Develop skills for engaging in difficult conversations about identity
- Explore strategies for building bridges
