Project Management (Organizational Leadership)

Explore the components of a successful project and the tools, techniques and technology that help take a project from the planning phase to completion. Learn to apply agile concepts while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll assess risk, come to understand the legal issues associated with projects, and pick up essential skills related to budget development and contracts.

Expand your professional network and grow as a leader through the MS in organizational leadership with a concentration in project management, offered entirely online or in the evenings on campus through the University of Denver's University College. You can also pursue this program through the MS in information and communications technology program. The curriculum has been developed to align with the Project Management Institute's (PMI®) "Project Management Body of Knowledge" (PMBOK® Guide) and prepares students to take the PMI® Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification Exam.
