Lolita Tabron

Lolita Tabron is an expert in educational leadership. Tabron examines how public policies, leadership practice and statistical data can positively transform educational systems or reproduce systemic racism and educational inequalities. Through her research, she aims to better articulate how race-conscious approaches to leadership and quantitative inquiry can cultivate and sustain antiracist leadership, policy, and practice in education.
