Website migration momentum has picked up since onboarding our new web creative agency, Fastspot. Since our last update in January, we have launched the following websites, representing nearly 100 new pages in Drupal:

In total, 66 websites have launched since September 2018 when the migration to Drupal began.

In addition to launching new websites, the team has completed a backlog of 73 urgent and high priority development bug fixes and is currently working on another four to ensure our DU website continues functioning properly. Web development tickets and bug fixes are a reality of our ecosystem, and we have prioritized our efforts to eliminate a long ticket backlog of urgent items. Currently, the only tickets that remain on hold are enhancement and new functionality requests.

A new tab in Pioneerweb -> Governance is now available to help keep the DU community up to date on our progress. From time to time, we will also provide opportunities for feedback to help us prioritize our goals. We will share feedback with the Governance Group to review at their biweekly meetings. Ultimately, we are aiming to make sure DU’s website provides a user-friendly and coherent experience overall.
