The Division of Marketing & Communications has continued its ongoing web overhaul project, launching the following sites over the last 60 days:

Graduate School of Social Work’s Bridge Project
Chancellor’s Office site
IRISE
Commencement 2020 site
DU & COVID-19 presence

In addition, MarComm has been busy implementing a new functionality for content sharing and is beginning to see improvements in content sharing for faculty profiles, and article sharing, as examples. In March, the digital team began migrating web hosting to Pantheon. With this migration, the University will see improved site performance, better alignment to unique URL requirements, improved website security, as well as a higher reliability and website uptime overall. There is no effect on the current site editors and administrators, but the Division has enacted a freeze in releasing development fixes and enhancements for the month of April. These enhancements will help to create a more unified experience across the digital footprint, as well as address ongoing optimization efforts to provide the type of web experiences current and prospective faculty, staff, students and their families expect.
