Happy Holidays 2022

Dear DU community members,

Happy holiday season! I hope every DU community member is closing this year buoyed by a profound sense of pride. Because—during this season and always—DU serves the public good, in ways big and small, as an institution and as individuals.  

I am so grateful to you for this work. Every day, I see our wonderful students, faculty, staff, and alumni working to make the world a better place for all. Whether it be reaching out a hand to help a friend during First Ascent Weekend, researching ways to address complex societal challenges, advancing knowledge of the world and ourselves, funding a scholarship or program or opening a local business to give back to our beautiful city, at DU, serving the public good is our constant north star.

I can’t wait to see where DU’s passion and curiosity take us in 2023. I wish for every DU community member in this bustling, joyful season, plenty of time for rest and connection with loved ones.
