The Information Security Team supports the various departments at the University that perform internal investigations (Legal Counsel, Human Resources, Internal Audit, etc.). Services by request include:
- Data collection and delivery to support the current internal investigations. This could include extracting mailboxes and emails from email servers, collecting logs from firewalls and servers, and making forensically sound images of computers and mobile devices when possible.
- Assist with the forensic analysis of the collected data in cases where specialized skills and knowledge may be required.
