eFax User Guide

What is eFax?

eFax is a service that allows those with an @du.edu email address to send faxes via their DU email. The DU eFax system will receive your e-mail, convert it to fax format, and will send it to a chosen fax destination.

To receive faxes to your email, a phone number must be assigned to your account by a system administrator. To request a fax number assigned to your email address, please submit a ticket through the IT Help Center and include the business need.
