Equipment Checkout

The Digital Media Center offers audio/video production equipment for checkout.

Please note: 

  • Checkout is on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • Checkout is for a maximum of 48 hours and is subject to fees for late returns. 
  • All checkouts are due back by 1 PM on the scheduled return date. 
  • Please submit requests one week in advance to ensure availability.

Requests for equipment checkout can be made by submitting the  Equipment Checkout Request form.

Video Media Kits

 

We also offer Video Media kits for checkout. These kits were formerly only available to DU Faculty, but now they are available to all members of the DU community! These kits come with all the gear needed to create a high-quality production. They include the following gear:

You can request one of these kits by filling out our Video Media Kit request form. Please note that these kits are available on a first come, first serve basis, so we recommend that requests be submitted at least one week in advance to ensure availability.
