What is Adobe Creative Cloud?
Creative Cloud is a collection of desktop and mobile apps and services for photography, design, video, web, UX, and more. Students, faculty, and staff have access to a suite of programs such as Adobe Acrobat, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Dreamweaver.

Cost and Eligibility:
As of October 1st, 2024, we have moved to request-based Adobe licensing.
Important Note: Even if you have previously had access to these systems, you still need to submit the request form to continue using Adobe products.
DU Staff and Faculty (including adjuncts) must use the Adobe Access Request form to get access to the following apps:
- Adobe Express
- Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (desktop PDF management application)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (All Apps)
DU Students automatically have access to Adobe Express. Students must use the Adobe Access Request form to get access to the following apps:
- Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
- Adobe Creative Cloud
How To get started:
- Download the Creative Cloud Desktop App
- Install the application:
- Windows: Double-click the Creative_Cloud_Set-up.exe file.
Mac: Double-click Creative_Cloud_Installer.dmg from the Downloads folder. - Type in your DU email address (firstname.lastname@du.edu). Click Continue.
- If prompted, under Enterprise ID choose Company or School account.
- Enter your DU email (firstname.lastname@du.edu) and password.
- Click "Start installing"
- Windows: Double-click the Creative_Cloud_Set-up.exe file.
Once the Creative Cloud desktop app is successfully installed on your system, you can easily browse, install and manage any Creative Cloud app or service.
