University Place Apartments is at the north end of campus, close to the Ritchie Center athletic facilities and the Health & Counseling Center. Interstate 25 and the light rail station are nearby too. You'll live in a one bedroom, single occupancy unit, or a two bedroom unit with single occupancy per bedroom. Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. University Place Apartments is also home to the DU Apartments Office.

University Place Apartments, Ridgeline Apartments, and University Lofts are for third and fourth year-students.
