To manage claims from 2023-24 plans 

(ending 7/31/2024 for Semester students, ending 8/31/2024 for Quarter students)

UnitedHealthcare Student Resources provides a secure online portal that allows you to manage your DU SHIP plan. You can check the status of your claims, review EOBs, print your ID card, locate a network provider, and more.

Use your @du.edu email address to:

  1. Go to uchsr.com/du

  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click "Login to My Account"

    (If you had not already done so, iIn the lower left-hand corner, click "Create Account")

If you are unable to create your account, call 866-648-8472 to speak with a UnitedHealthcare Student Resources customer service representative. They are available weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mountain Time.

2023-24 SHIP Mobile App

For 2023-24 claims, you can also use the free UHC Student Resources mobile app to access your account, display your electronic ID card, search for a provider, view recent claims, and more.
