Staff Senate

DU’s Staff Senate creates connections, supports an equitable and vibrant work environment, and amplifies staff voices through policy and advocacy action alongside other shared governance partners at the University. Through a variety of committees, partnerships, events, and research, we encourage diversity and inclusion, equity, and transparency. After six months of employment, staff employees are eligible to self-nominate for elections, and senators serve two-year terms.
