Promotions/Transfers

Promotions and transfers within the University are strongly encouraged. Employees must successfully complete their 90-day orientation period prior to transferring into another position on campus. Exceptions may be considered for the convenience of the University. Employees' level of performance in their current position must be at or above a satisfactory level to be considered for promotion or transfer.
