Conflicts of Interest
All employees must fulfill their institutional responsibilities with care and loyalty and must avoid involvement in activities that conflict with, or appear to conflict with, those responsibilities.
Employees must avoid situations or activities that could interfere with their unfettered exercise of judgment in the best interests of the University.
If an employee becomes aware of an interest or relationship that might constitute or give rise to a conflict of interest, the employee must promptly disclose the potential conflict by following the process in the DU policy linked below.
