In general, the non-degree application will open in week six of the term preceding the term that the prospective student wishes to enter. As a reminder, departments retain control over when to consider and approve non-degree students for registration, since some departments may wish to wait to approve non-degree students to enroll until after priority registration for their degree- and certificate-seeking students has passed.
Starting in Summer Quarter 2020, OGE will no longer accept paper non-degree forms. This practice was planned in February with the launch of the new electronic process, but with the developments of the University’s COVID-19 response, it is especially important to follow the electronic process.
