Generation Exchange Workshop

Generation Exchange pairs student volunteers (Mentors) one-on-one with older adults (Mentees) to answer their questions about any tech device, website, or app. There is no curriculum: the exchange is set by the specific questions and interests of the ‘analog native’ Mentee. The one-on-one interactions in the Generation Exchange workshops are mutually beneficial: they challenge the perceptions that separate generations. Participants at both ends of the age spectrum learn from each other, specifically when it comes to technology, outlook, perspective, and new ways to enjoy their lives.
