Other Sources of Support
Equal Opportunity & Title IX
The Office of Equal Opportunity and the Office of Title IX, in collaboration with University partners, foster an environment of equal opportunity and equity for students, faculty, and staff in all aspects of educational programming and employment. If you have a discrimination or bias complaint, please contact this office.
Veterans Services
Guided by the knowledge that Veterans offer a unique academic and social quality to the University of Denver, the Veterans Services Office vision and mission is to support our Veterans through exceptional programming. Veterans Services supports all levels of Student Veterans attending the University of Denver, starting with the admissions process and extending through Alumni Relations. This duty encompasses all Active Duty Service Members, Reserve Components, and dependents.
Disability Services Program
The Disability Services Program is dedicated to giving students with disabilities an equal opportunity to participate in the University’s programs, courses and activities. Disability Services Program provides accommodations at no cost to any student who has a documented disability as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Accommodations afford students equal opportunity to participate in the University's programs, courses, and activities.
International Student and Scholar Services
International Student and Scholar Services is one of four units within the Office of Internationalization. Located in the International House, we provide services to international students and scholars on campus. We seek to develop positive working relationships with other offices on campus to ensure that international students and scholars both have an exceptional experience during their stay at DU.
Center for Judaic Studies
The Center for Judaic Studies serves students, faculty, staff and community members of all backgrounds and is dedicated to advancing knowledge of Jewish history, thought and culture while cultivating intercultural bridge-building. Dedicated to diversity, inclusion and a sustainable public good, the Center works not only to promote deeper understanding of Judaism, but deeper respect (not just tolerance) for people, texts and ideas from all cultures, religions and backgrounds. The Cultural Center
The mission of the Cultural Center is to create an environment where students of color, students of marginalized faiths and LGBTQ+ students can critically engage their historical legacies, while enhancing their educational, intellectual and personal/professional interest as it relates to race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic, and cultural sensibilities; while providing a physical safe haven for respite and dialogue as they navigate their journey at the University of Denver.
