Professional Biography
Born north of the arctic circle in the mid-50s. Attended med-school in Stockholm (Karolinska Institutet) and Umeå (Umeå University), specialist physician in psychiatry and community medicine, Senior professor of psychiatry in Umeå. Main research interests are in psycho-social interventions to enhance participation for people with mental illness and medical ethics. Clinical work with persons with substance use disorders.
