What I do
- Supporting antiracism work of ODEI across campus, specifically investing in and providing training for students, staff, and faculty (DEI Action Plan 3), launching university-wide programming to explore a more equitable future (Action Plan 4) and supporting Indigenous Initiatives
- Coordinate administrative support in the imitation of campus-wide division-level diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic planning
- Provide support in the planning and hosting of DEI events (Diversity Summit, HER DU)
Professional Biography
I have extensive experience coordinating and scheduling large-scale community-orchestrated events, meetings, conferences, retreats, and programs for diverse communities and disciplines. I also possess exemplary communication skills, with an emphasis in trauma-informed care and person-first language, to develop, sustain and foster impactful, collaborative relationships with a wide range of people and respective identities.
