What I do
Berfîn Kalayci is a second-year Korbel Master's student specializing in International Human Rights with a focus on gender and public diplomacy. She is also a Fulbright Scholar. Berfîn's passion for literature and writing led her to freelance journalism, and at the age of 21, she co-published her first book, Great Green Thinking, shedding light on sustainability, environmental racism, and climate change issues. Her interest for politics and activism shines through her discussions, where she advocates for addressing class, racism, and sexism. Her journey as an international student from a working-class background at DU fuels her dedication to supporting others in similar situations.
