The School of Art and Art History offers five areas of undergraduate instruction: art education, art history, electronic media arts design, pre-art-conservation and studio art (ceramics, drawing, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture). We offer majors within two different degree programs, the BA and the BFA. In addition to majors and minors, there are many opportunities for other DU students and members of the community to participate in our classes. We encourage study abroad at our partner schools. Annual travel classes, the Victoria H. Myhren Gallery, Gallery 023, and our partnership with the Denver Art Museum create unique opportunities for practical art experiences and for classes taught by curators and conservators at DU.
