This student-run gallery, in room 023 of Shwayder Art Building, shows art created by and/or curated by students. Past exhibits include graffiti art, the art of tattoo, art by elementary school children, and the work of many DU students.
In the spring of 2005, Gallery 023 began exhibiting work by international artists thanks to a grant from the Marsico Initiative. Exposure to works by professional artists from other countries furthers the Gallery's goal of increasing opportunities to experience a variety of art on the DU campus.
